Please note, whilst this item line code covers items like pads, nappies, catheters, and bed pads. Funding is based on an individual's NDIS plan ensuring it is reasonable and necessary.
MiddleMates currently supports participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.
ABOUT MIDDLEMATES
MiddleMates provides continence solutions designed specifically for older children and young people, including ultra-thin, highly absorbent Size 8 nappies. Our products are created with real families in mind, supporting dignity, comfort, and confidence, while making everyday care that little bit easier. As continence products, MiddleMates nappies are considered low-cost assistive technology and are eligible under NDIS Core (Consumables) funding.
NDIS PLAN MANAGED
This option is for participants who are Plan Managed (Pay Later option).
At checkout, select “NDIS Plan Managed” as your payment method.
You’ll receive an invoice (PDF link in your Order Confirmation email) to forward to your Plan Manager.
Once payment is received from your Plan Manager, we will:
- Dispatch your order
- Send tracking details via email

NDIS SELF MANAGED
Option 1 – Pay first, then claim
Simply proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
You’ll receive an invoice via email, which you can use to claim through the NDIS portal.
Your invoice will be available as a PDF link in your Order Confirmation email.
Option 2 – Claim first, then pay
If you’d prefer to claim before paying, select “NDIS Self Managed” at checkout.
You can use the generated invoice to submit your claim through the NDIS.
Once payment is made, your order will be processed.

- Name
- Order number
- Proof of payment (e.g. screenshot or remittance)
